Download newsletter subscription form This can be printed out and used directly with your clients, or you can complete the details yourself if you have already asked them for their email address and ensured that you can contact them in that way. It is important that you tell them that we are sending them this newsletter on your behalf, and that you are not sharing their personal details with us, just using the newsletter service.
